Description:-
Must meet the fit and proper requirements to become a chief executive of a public sector company as specified in the State-Owned Enterprises Act 2023, along with relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures covering qualifications and personal and financial integrity.
Terms & Conditions:-
At least 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management/leadership role in the ICT/Telecom sector.
Master’s degree or above in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Sciences) or Business Administration from a recognized national or international university/institute is required.
An engineering degree holder must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Desired qualities include self-motivation, a growth mindset, being a self-starter, and the ability to coach.
Strong skills in people management, business, operations, and finance are required.
Maximum age limit for applicants at the time of advertisement is 57 years.
