HEC Announces 75 Top Talent National Scholarships for Pakistani Students

The Government of Pakistan has revealed Ph.D. and MS Scholarships for Pakistani and Azad Kashmir citizens during the national celebrations of the 75th anniversary of Pakistan’s independence. These scholarships are titled (HEC Announces 75 Top Talent National Scholarships for Pakistani Students).
These scholarships offer citizens of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir opportunities to study in the top 25 ranked universities in the world (only QS or Times Higher Education THE Rankings). The scholarships will be awarded with the requirement of proof of guaranteed admission to the chosen universities and selected subjects only.
Full terms and conditions of eligibility are available in the Scholarship Notice. Candidates who have already benefited from a Scholarship are not eligible.

The application processing fee is Rs 700/-. Candidates must deposit the fee as described in the advertisement and on the HEC website. The deadline for submitting online applications is March 23, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be citizens of Pakistan/AJK.
- MS scholarships require a BS, BE, Master’s degree, or the equivalent of 16 years of education.
- for PhD Scholarships: MS, M.Phil, ME or equivalent to 18 years of education.
- Maximum 1 2nd Division throughout the academic career before the end of the degree.
